How to access your tickets

You can check the tickets you ordered by signing in to your account and viewing them in your browser.

Paper tickets will not be issued, but you can print the ticket screen from your computer if needed.

- Please sign in with the same account you used to order the tickets when checking them.

- A confirmation email will be sent after you order the tickets, but it is not the ticket itself.

1. Sign in with the account you used when ordering the tickets.

2. Click "My tickets".

3. Click "View ticket" for the relevant event.

4. The ticket screen will be displayed.

For in-person events, show the QR code at the reception.

For online events, the button labeled "Starts soon" will change to "Join" at the event start time. Click this button to watch the event.
